Help for your Holiday shopping.

Paul GleiserHelp for your Holiday shopping.

If you’re struggling for Christmas gift ideas, I can offer some help. It’s a recycled recommendation from this time last year but, given recent events, it remains relevant.

For those hard-to-buy-for people on your list, give a copy of New York Post columnist Miranda Devine’s excellent book, “Laptop from Hell.” Taken from the world class reporting that Ms. Devine did on the subject, the book details the rank corruption of the Biden family beginning with slacker, sex-addicted, drug-addled ne’er do well First Son, Hunter, and culminating with the “Big Guy” himself, the 46th President of the United States.

If you’re just returning from an extended trip to another solar system, the title “Laptop from Hell” refers to the MacBook laptop computer that Hunter Biden dropped at a Delaware computer repair shop and then never reclaimed. The shop owner took legal possession of the laptop and its contents by virtue of it being considered abandoned under the laws applicable to repair facilities.

The shop owner looked at what was stored on the computer and was aghast. So aghast that he turned it over to the FBI in 2019. (The FBI sat on it.)

Aside from photos of naked Hunter Biden having sex with prostitutes and taking illegal drugs, the laptop contained hundreds of emails and other documents that make it clear that Hunter was peddling access to his father’s office – at the time Vice President of the United States. The purchasers of that access included oligarchs and bad actors linked to China, Russia and Iran.

Miranda Devine’s book, taken together with the recent document dump from new Twitter owner Elon Musk via Substack journalists Matt Taiibi and Bari Weiss, makes two things unmistakably clear.

First, it’s clear that Joe Biden himself was in on it. Big time. The now President of the United States personally profited to the tune of millions of dollars from the biggest influence peddling scheme in U.S. history. No reasonable observer can come to any other conclusion than Joe Biden has been the beneficiary of cash payments funneled through his son that came from our country’s most formidable adversaries.

One cannot thus help asking, to what degree is the president now compromised by the Chinese Communist Party, Vladimir Putin and other malign actors?

Second, and arguably even worse, it’s clear from the Twitter dump that the FBI, the Department of Justice, the “intelligence community,” Big Tech, the Democratic Party, the Biden campaign and the legacy media all conspired to suppress the biggest political scandal story in American history – and in so doing, interfered in the 2020 election. (Those of us old enough to remember once thought that Watergate was a big deal.)

Most troubling is the involvement of the DoJ and the FBI. Agencies of the government – arguably the two most fearsome to ordinary Americans behind the IRS – acted to suppress the 1st Amendment to the Constitution by proxy.

James Madison is spinning in his grave.

So, shop now. Everyone on your list has a stake in reading Laptop from Hell.

Here’s the larger question- is corruption illegal? If so, is it only subject to conviction based on political affiliation?

  2. While everything in this story is true, you left off the introduction, or prologue. The conservative media leaves off that part of the story. The common man on the street leaves off that story. Biden is the stalking horse, the distraction, Machiavelli’s evil prince, who is sent to fumble everything so the next prince only has to sweep up the dead bodies in the street to look like a genius. The prologue was Obama’s approach to tech. Google metaphorically if not actually had an office in the Whitehouse during his term. He used a Consortium of Behavioral Scientists (The COBS Team) to manipulate voters, in his second term. He used many Marxists to channel ideas that made the common man nothing more than a nuisance unless they were marching in the street for Democrats. We can’t find a good portion of the Stimulus Money from those years. Most of the money donated to Black Lives Matter, actually went first to a DNC pass-through company, then the DNC then a tiny portion was paid to BLM over half of that was inflated salaries to the three founders. Heck, most of that money that went to Iran on pallets is rumored to have been funneled back to the DNC. How do you think they can pour 150 million into a single Georgia race? The idea that Biden is somehow pushing all these button’s is ludicrous – we are where we are today based on the completion of planning carried out by the Obama administration. Just the slightest bit of research on those topics will show you new articles of the left congratulating themselves. They have even written books about how they did it.

Can’t wait for your post on the BG, disgraceful, and in my opinion treasonous trade for a Russian arms dealer.

I don’t care. Paul Whelan was not released today. I know the family. My cousin was
murdered in captivity in The Zoo in Vietnam. Too bad that two presidents could not get
him out first. HE DESERVED TO BE FIRST OUT.

It’s pathetic. Have no one to vote for in 2024 and really don’t care

And I’ll add the fact to these great comments that in their cunning, they’ve made him impeachment proof by making Kamala VP. I’m starting to wonder which is the lesser of two evils.

I was born in Houston. Texas and raised in Cypress, Texas. We rand and played hard and did our chores, then I worked the hay fields mowing, raking and hauling hay. Went back to Houston to train and become a machinist producing equipment to retrieve junk from oil and gas wells. Finally going to the oil and gas fields to supervise the well fishing operations and later to the fields of Southeast Asia. All of this time I have been so very proud of Texas and the United States of America. Fifteen years ago I came home to Texas with my wife from Indonesia and after looking around I almost cried. What happened? And now there is proof of a terrible crime committed by the president’s family and possibly the president himself and the Department of Justice will not open an investigation? I have no words to describe my shame that I feel for my country.

Why isn’t Congtess impeaching senile old man ? Nearly 50 years in DC and the only ones he helped was his family.
Where the heck is the VP ? In drug rehab ? This is not the woman who went after Kavanaugh.
