Opponents and even some supporters of Donald Trump can often be heard saying, “If he has nothing to hide, he should have no reason not to talk to Robert Mueller.”

Oh, how wrong they are.

Imagine this scenario. Your neighbor Jim gets transferred to Singapore and before he moves he decides to just give you his old bass boat. You take it but six months later you realize you’ll never use it and you put a “For Sale” sign on it. Before long a guy comes along and buys it for $1,500. You deposit the money in your checking account.

A couple of years later, your boss gets in trouble with the feds about his taxes. He lawyers up and does everything possible to avoid prosecution. The feds decide to squeeze your boss by squeezing subordinates like you. They start asking you questions, one of which is, “Have you ever cheated on your taxes?” You think to yourself, “No, they withhold taxes from my paycheck.” So, you tell the investigator, “No. I’ve never cheated.”

That’s when they confront you with the $1,500 you’d long since forgotten about. You had no cost basis in that old boat and therefore the proceeds from selling it were taxable as ordinary income.

Bam! You’re now in real trouble. Not because you didn’t pay the two or three hundred dollars tax on the $1,500 but because you lied to a federal agent. It’s a felony. You’ll probably avoid prison, but you’ll spend a massive sum doing so. You might have to sell your house. Your retirement savings and your kids’ college fund will be wiped out. In the end, you’ll make a deal with prosecutors to plead to a felony in return for a probated sentence.

You’re now – and for the rest of your life – a convicted felon.

It’s called a “process crime” and federal prosecutors get convictions on such crimes all the time.

All to say that Donald Trump has every reason to resist Robert Mueller. As we’ve just learned from our bass boat story, almost no one can emerge from a federal investigation unscathed – particularly an investigation that has a separately dedicated staff and a limitless budget.

There was never any actual probable cause to initiate a special counsel investigation into Donald Trump. Assistant Attorney General Rod Rosenstein cited no violation of any federal statute when he appointed Mueller as special counsel – something the special counsel statute specifically requires.

The entire Mueller episode is an attack on the rule of law and a direct affront to the 63 million American citizens who together constituted a majority of voters in a majority of counties in a majority of states that freely chose Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton.

Bottom line: Mr. Trump’s new personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani should tell his client to just stay the hell away from Robert Mueller.

For our part, We the People, should tell Robert Mueller, and the Washington swamp creatures that support Robert Mueller, to just go to hell.

Every American citizen of good will, who believes in our Constitution, should raise their voice, and let others know that this bogus investigation must stop!
President Trump has NOT broken any law, before, after, or at any other time regarding his election. There is no Russia collusion. Our President was duly elected by WE THE PEOPLE. President Trump has acted and is FULL ACCORD with his Constitutional Presidential powers as stated in Article II. The President alone, not Robert Mueller, is the Head of the Executive, and has the authority to fire “if” he should so choose “any” person within the Executive and thus in not way can he err in the carrying out of his Constitutional authority.

God Bless President Trump and the good men and women who working hard on his behalf to thwart those who are seeking to UNLAWFULLY remove him from power, the power he was FREELY given by WE THE PEOPLE to carry out the good and important work of the AMERICAN people.

Make use of your phone and pen and keyboard and LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD!

  3. Trump should trust Rudy Giuliani’s advice.

Yes Paul, President Trump’s lawyers should never allow him to sit down with this seriously flawed and conflicted special “persecuter”. Considering his storm trooper tactics and obvious bias, any personal interview with Mr. Mueller will not end well for our president. Without credible evidence of collusion with the Russians, which was the basis for this “trumped up” investigation, entrapment with a process crime is the establishment’s last best hope. Of course, the plan was always to elect Hillary, and in the unlikely event that she lost, try to overturn the election through the impeachment/recall tactic. At the very least, all of this distraction would deter our president from executing the agenda for which he was elected. If anyone needs proof of the existence of a deep state, just try to imagine how any president with his party in control of both legislative branches could be going through all of this nonsense. I just pray that our president will be strong enough to withstand this enormous physical and emotional stress to continue his quest to make America great again. If he fails, I cannot see how we will ever get another opportunity; who would ever be crazy enough to go through what he, his family, and friends have had to endure?

Very good point. This was a witch hunt from the beginning, so any little bitty thing they could latch on to whether meaningful or not, WILL be used against President Trump, Mueller is a clinton lackey and was appointed for the sole reason to bring down President Trump. President Trump needs to heed what Rudy tells him!

  6. Mueller and his police state tactics do indeed need to go. We live in dangerous times. Things are happening today that would have been unimaginable before the arrival of the deep state.

Welcome to the American version of the Spanish Inquisition. Pure evil still flourishes in the cruel, cold, heartless, despicable devils among us, namely the unaccountable bureaucrats that LOVE to torture anyone they can crush with their unlimited government money and power in order to add another notch to their belt (career).

This Mueller swamp creature from hell bears a striking resemblance to the Grand Inquisitor, Tomás de Torquemada, both physically and mentally. I can’t include his image here, but if you look him up, I think you will be shocked! 524 years separate their birth dates, yet they share the same DNA.

Truly, there is nothing new under the sun as generations of unbridled bullies continue to practice their art of psychological mayhem and torture on “Enemies of the State”. Heinrich Himmler (chief of the Gestapo) would be proud of Robert Mueller and the lives he has destroyed, all in the name of “political justice”. May they share their “heroic” stories in hell one day?
